A few quick things to check:
What is the exact URL that you are using?
Try disabling browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.
Try an incognito window or a different browser.
If you’re connected to a VPN, try disconnecting and reload.
If it still happens after that, I’d recommend reaching out to support directly so they can look at your account and session: https://do.co/support
